Running ISA Evaluation on server S1, AD/DNS on S2, Exchange on S3. ISA setup with Internal/external NICs. Can run OWA internally on S1 or S2 successfully. When I try from PC on external NIC I get error (403-forbidden - the server denies the specified URL. Contact admin (12202) ISA) I am using IP address not FQDN to access ISA external NIC.
