Yes I am using FBA for the OWA site, ISA FBA that is.. There is no FBA setup on the Exchange side. Btw Tom if setup my local OL2K3 and hosts file to point tqs (on the TQS side) I am able to get connected to Exchange via HTTPS (I ran outlook /rpcdiag) and it shows everything is a'okay on the server side. As you can see if you https://owa.tqslogistics.com/exchange that this part in the rule you instruct people to create works flawlessly. RPC over HTTP doesn't work. I have deployed RPC over HTTP to spec as you outlined in your Exchange ISA 2004 Kit (chapter 11) so my rule, Exchange rpcproxy, gc, outlook client, and host files reflect your work. Make sure you configure the Outlook client correctly. It clearly shows that OL2k3 SP1 (which is running on XP Sp2) is coming in on port 443, but switches to the RPC port, nowhere do you see it using port 80. I have looked everywhere on Microsoft's site including Google to see if there is away to force OL2k3 SP1 to use only RPC over HTTP but have come up empty.
