Thanks Greg for clearing this up for me. Jim's comment threw me for a loop when he said "same server with a new ISA installation". All I wanted it to do is backup all my ISA settings so they can be restored if I had to reinstall ISA for whatever reason. It has saved me many times from rewriting the server publishing rules and the like. It means that you can rebuild the isa installation in about 10 minutes, so long as the server name stays the same and/or the array is the same. It is not really designed to be a full system backup at all. If you try to use it on another server, or on the same server with a new ISA installation, it'll fail.
