I concur with Paul apart from, leave the pix in front of isa and let it
filter packets, (that's what it does best), and pass all else through to
isa.

So Paul,

 In that situation, the ISA is first in line so it would be

Internet - ->ISA- ->Pix- ->Internal network.

Let me know if that is correct.

Haven't set up that configuration sofar, but.. one thing I can say:

Give your ISA server two NICs. :o)
Make it monitor on the external NIC and pass onto the PIX through the
internal NIC.

Paul

I have a client that is using a Pix and would like to use some of the
functions of ISA2004.
We are planning on putting the ISA in place parellel with the Pix.
The ISA will have 1 Nic and would monitor (or check) requests for OWA.

Anyone have experience with this? How does it work?
Anything that I need to be aware of?

Scott
