"cannot VNC/Remote Desktop to their pc's" -.. from where?
What rules have you created to allow this?
What do you find in the ISA logs for those attempts?
Is Windows Firewall enabled / configured on the remote PC?

Subject: [isalist] ISA 2004 and VNC/Remote Desktop

We are running ISA 2004 as our access to the Internet and VPN server.
We have remote sales people that VPN every day. Currently we cannot
VNC/Remote Desktop to their pc's when they are connected to us VPN via
ISA. Is there a setting on the ISA server that will allow us to do
that?

Thanks,

John Houser
