Do you perhaps have another HTTP or SOCKS proxy on the network that they
could be going through? Do you see the traffic in the ISA logs or just see
that people are still using Messenger?

I'm sorry to say that I'm tiered to write again and again but no one is
responding my question about MSN block, I need help specially from Jim, I'm
running ISA in integrated mode with firewall clients, and tried many
techniques reading different articles at ISA server and apply some
restricted tools like Using different sites and content rules and block
msmsgs.exe in firewall client configuration, define new IP packet filter by
blocking different port No. like 1080 used by MSN but nothing achieved,
Please help me in this regard.
