I enable the HTTPS for all direction but still i cant access this. i gets a blank page in my browser

Hi all,

i need ur help. i have ISA installed with standerd configuration. I have
one link which use HTTPS. i cant access it from my network. its working
from out side. Could uplz  guide me , how can i enable my ISA to be
HTTPS
