Hi Anita;
I don't think this is an ISA issue, you should go to properties of the exchange
smtp server and to relay section and enable mail relay for that specified IP
address.

Can anyone tell me the settings to enable on ISA server for facilitating
the clients to send e-mails through outlook express. Its receiving e-mails
