How do I migrate a Microsoft Proxy 2.0 server running from a PC to ISA 3.0 server running on a real server

The current situation is that the MS Proxy 2.0 is running on a PC and
under Windows NT4.0 .
I need to perform the following tasks
1. Backup Microsoft Proxy 2.0 settings (Easily done).
2. Restore the settings onto a ISA 3.0 server (Very difficult).
The text book suggested I download a special version of MS Proxy 2.0
that works on Windows 2000 from microsoft web site, but I have not been
able to find it, and normal MS Proxy 2.0 does not work well in Windows
2000 (Have installed and uninstalled both Windows 2000 and the Microsoft
Proxy 2.0 5 times in 2 weeks but no results)
I also tried getting ISA 3.0 to read the old MS Proxy 2.0 settings,
does not seem to work.
3. Any idea what is the best way to perform this task over a weekend ?
