1. You don't have a kewl costume (or can't describe it).
2. you don't know your nemesis (or can't pronounce it)
3. you don't specify which world (there are nine in this galaxy alone)

I'm sorry, but you have to go do some basic astronomical studies before
you'll be accepted as a evildoer's apprentice.

The way I've been dealing with this on the Web boards lately is:

1. What do you want to accomplish?

2. What have you done to meet this goal?

3. What's not working?

4. Please provide a network diagram.

That usually speeds up the problem solving, rather than having to make
guesses regarding the infinite number of possibilities.
