The problem is as soon as ISA notices a scan on its ports it stops responding. I have (in the past) tried to use eEye's Retina from within the network, on the external IP but it failed to report trustworthy results. I felt that some aspects where correct , but to be 100 % sure I would scan from my standby dial-up account on a laptop.
