Hi Brian, Let's try to narrow things down. First, its really important to understand the following: 1. Where are the SMTP and POP3 clients? 2. Where is the ISA Server firewall? 3. Where is the SMTP and POP3 server? This information is pretty important in terms to coming up with a solution. Thanks! Yes, I mean external users using dial up accounts to different ISP's and then using pop3 back to the exchange server behind ISA. I can use pop3 internally and mail is geeting to the server ok but not getting back out via pop3!!! All I can see is that people say load the Firewall Client. Any further info would really be appreciated!!
