You said your users changed the value of the kazaa to '0' from the
firewall client. Im interested to know how they could possibly do that.
If they are doing this than wouldnt that constitute a ban from the
network. As someone stated before, if you are providing internet access
like an ISP why are you tying to control your users. "quit worrying

get  Akonix l7 for ISA and install and configure it.
 
 
or
 
get isa 2004 and use the http filter
 
 
or
 
forget about it and let them use kazaa
