Dear Sir after i did alll what you told me and oppened all ports and made a non
ending research and tests about ISA and Oracle i discovered that all I have to
do in order that all application in ISA and IN oracle work together is to
Upgrade oracle cliehnt to 9i yeah It is as simple as that .
Anyway everything is working properly again and thank you for your help and
support ..
