Changing https ports

Hello all,
Is it possible to change the HTTPS port from the default? We need to
connect to one of our vendors to download some secure info. They require
us to connect using a certain port. We have tried to change it but we
cannot figure out how? We have check Microsoft's site but we have not
found anything that's seem to work.
We have been able to connect from pc's that are not behind the ISA
server.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated...
