If not there, then try: Control Panel -> User Accounts -> Advanced -> Manage Passwords (different if user is not local admin though -- there is some small hyperlink they need to click when they get to User Accounts) Jonathon J. In IE7, go to Tools->Delete Browsing History->Passwords to clear that information out of IE. ________________________________ From: isalist-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:isalist-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of tim.altena@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Thursday, February 01, 2007 10:33 AM To: isalist@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [isalist] Change Login Info I have a slightly strange situation and I am sure the solution is simple but I am missing it. One of my users got prompted for a username/password from the ISA. They gave it a different username/password than the one used to log them onto the workstation (they used another user's credentials that they happened to know) They then choose the option to save that username and password. From that point on everything they are going to is being logged as the wrong user. I have logged the user off and back on but it still uses the cached login information. If I disallow access to the "wrong" user they are denied access to the Internet. I don't seem to be able to force another username/password prompt. Does anyone have an idea how to clear this saved information? Thanks Tim
