Are you able to resovle the website by a FQDN, internally (for users with private ip will the website resolve with an internal ip) and externally (for internet users will the website resolve with an external ip)? 2.) Does the Website have the a host header with the same FQDN? -----Original Message----- From: Larry Lentz [mailto:Larry@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Friday, July 25, 2003 11:01 AM To: [ISAserver.org Discussion List] Subject: [isalist] RE: Chain Loop http://www.ISAserver.org Thanks for the reply. It isn't an IE problem. It happens from where ever you try it. I am at my office and it does it. His programmer experiences the same thing from his office. I terminal serviced into the site and it does it from the server itself. In the past, rebooting the server corrected the problem. However, this morning the reboot did not resolve the problem. The Event Log shows error 14141 but nothing in that applies. -----Original Message----- From: David V. They run their web site on it. We have started getting the occassional problem that the web site becomes inaccessible. When viewed from IE, the error is: The server has detected a proxy chain loop. This condition might indicate a configuration problem in a proxy server. This would indicate that there is a problem with the configuration between multiple ISA servers. However, this is the only one. Anyone have any ideas of how to resolve this? Thanks.
