Cannot connect my website to the extern internet

hi ,
i have a win 2000 adv. server with isa installed. i connect to the
internet via a dsl flatline . all works fine i can connect to the
internet and i have a dynamic ip.
these ip i post to my dyn ip org but when i will connect to my website i
doesn't possible .
i have done all as describe on the learning zone
(http://www.isaserver.org) written by ('Tom Shinder )
(i have also his book) !!
i have set my incoming webrequest rule set up the iis to another port
xxxx and set this port in the isa
but nothing happens
there are some extra settings i have forgotten ??
