Block PING requests....

Hi,
i want to block the ping requests comming from the internal network
through ISA server 2000, i used that article found at isaserver.org "How
to create a packet filter for dropping ICMP Packets (Ping Requests)" but
that is not working at all(i think that is for dropping the PING request
for external clients).....Please guide me.
