From the Blackberry Enterprise Server, open a command prompt and type the following: telnet srp.blackberry.net 3101 If you get a connection, it is working. If it times out, something is still blocking the traffic. Cordially yours, Jerry G. I created a protocol that allows TCP Outbound 3101 to the BES box but Enterprise Activation is no longer working when I try to connect a phone to our BES. I am wondering if I need to be setting it up another way on ISA 2004? Regards, Andrew
