I hate to sound mean or like Captain Obvious, but have you checked the

It is relatively easy to set-up rules for using BitTorrent...
I am not about to get into the conversation about why, or how I know
this....
In order for the bit client to function properly, it needs to be able to
send info out back to peers (seeds), you need publishing rules.
Do you want to make publishing rules for each client machine, I kinda
don't think so.
You can / should change the client to use a NON standard start point in
place of 6881.
I hope this helps in some way. It's 11:00 PM Sunday and I am just back
from a 3 hour drive from the cottage... TIRED

I have noticed that when I open 6881 - 6999 the client also required
3434 so I opened that port to, TCP In/Outbound however the sending
machines send their packets on various ports, anywhere from 10000 to
30000.
Is there any to setup ISA 2004 Server to not only allow 6881 - 6999 and
3434 but to only allow other traffic ranging from 10000 to 30000 when
the two other ranges are in use, or the rule is being used? I would hate
to create a rule and have other apps using the Bit Torrent rule to gain
access to the net...
