Best choice for an Internet Cafe

Greetz every1,
I'm looking for the best solution for an internet cafe. I am considering ISA
Server 2000 with somekind of billing software. Perhaps even somekind of
access cards or something like that.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
I'm also considering running Squid on a linux server, so I must make a pros
& cons list for both software.
