Simon,

You haven't detailed for us how the server is configured... Is the SBS
server machine set up as a SecureNAT client or does is have the FW client
installed?

My Win2K servers here with NetShield and Groupshield on them (respective of
their roles of course) update properly when set up as SNAT clients through
ISA.

If you have time to do it twice,
you had time to do it right in
the first place.

Hmmmm well here is the missing link - I ahve another client with SBS2000
with the same product and the autoupdate works fine!
From what I see (comparing both machines) there are no changes I can really
see that stands out!

You may want to take a look at the articles on isaserver.org for Symantec
antivirus. The program is different but the issue sounds the same. You
should be able to modify the information there to your application.

Hi everyone

I have a slight problem, and I know I am going to look very stupid when I
tell you the problem.

My client runs SBS 2000 and have Mcafee Netshield and Groupshield installed!

For some obscure reason, when trying to perform auto updates, it fails
stating it could not connect to their Server.

I have FTP enabled but I am still unable to get this to work!

Has anyone had or have any problems like this?

Thanks
