Hi Simon,

I've run into this issue with Mcafee Groupshield as well. FTP was
enabled on the server yet it still could not connect to the dat file. In
the end I gave up and manually download the dat file. In the meantime I
recommended they get NAV Corporate :-)

Cheers

Paul

Hi Tom,
Well its both really - The Server needs to be updated from the Mcafee
FTP site. At the moment, the clients download the DAT file themselves.

I just wanted to automate it.

        Hi Simon,

Does the server need to update its files, or do the clients
behind the server?

        Thanks!

                Hi everyone
I have a slight problem, and I know I am going to look
very stupid when I tell you the problem.

My client runs SBS 2000 and have Mcafee Netshield and
Groupshield installed!

For some obscure reason, when trying to perform auto
updates, it fails stating it could not connect to their Server.

I have FTP enabled but I am still unable to get this to
work!

Has anyone had or have any problems like this?

                Thanks
                ]
