This is a difficult thing to do with the right hardware.
What you're planning will not work as you describe.
ISA is not built to do this kind of failover (neither is W2K, for that
matter).

we have an isa with external card connect to the internet and the isa is
installed as a cache and firewall
i want to add another card and connect it to an adsl modem and enable it
if the external line is going down...
do u think its okay???
what will happend to the rules??
can i do it???
do i need to reinstall the server with 2 externals???
