Hi Jim,
Good point. I would be disappointed too if I were looking for a
comprehensive resource and got instructions on how to make things work.
It assumes a lot of knowledge about ISA Server and networking already,
so if the reader didn't have that, the book would be very frustrating.

This book seems to be written in the form of how the author would
configure an ISA Server. I personaly purchase IT based books strictly as
reference manauls for my career, and this book leans more towards a
"senarios" slant.
