Allow access from one firewall client to a remote Citrix Server

I have a range of IPs for the citrix server, the ports required are UDP
1604 Send/Receive and TCP 1494 inbound. Access is attempted through IE 5.5
through the ISA server. I have not successfully set up the protocol to
allow connection. What needs to be done?
