Allow VPN Client Connection Wizard

The Allow VPN Client Connection Wizard don't work. Send me this message:
"The Virtual Private Network (VPN) Setup Wizard cannot install Routing and
Remote Access.
The Virtual Private Network (VPN) Setup Wizard was not able to increase
the number of Routing and Remote Access ports for routing.
To Add more ports, edit ports node on the Routing and Remote Access
Console".
After this i can't complete procedure.
Please. Help me!
