Alert configuration

Hi
First of all thanks to all the members for creating such a wonder full group
.
I have a one problem that I have configured web server on the ISA machine
now I want to configure the alert when the web server or web site is not
running and alog with that when alert being fired it should mail at
different URL's...
How could I configure that alert
