OT: ? on Microsoft IP network

I am seeing an awful lot of hits to a IP network registered to Microsoft.

Some one know what servers are at 207.46.1.13 & .12 & .9?

My gut tells me this is MSN radio or tv or something.

If so, I got to 86 it as it is taking up bandwidth.
