Lady Jackie gave me this valuable info. Ask Alexa to disable RTE GOLD and then
ask her to enable the station again, I had to carry out this procedure this
morning in regards RTE radio 1 and it worked.

Dave I did actually switch the plug off and then when I turned it on again,
and when I asked her to play RTE Gold, she did play it then for me!

The fada definitely isn’t the issue, because I just asked my Alexa to play
RTE Gold and it worked just fine.
I know it sounds basic, but honestly this often works…. Try plugging the
device out and plugging it back in again.

Subject: [iphone_newbees] Alexa
Hi all,
I’ve been playing around with my Echo Dot and listening to music and my
favourite station RTÉ Gold, and now when I ask “Alexa Play RTE Gold” she
says that “RTE Gold on TuneIn Live is currently unavailable”. She plays
all other radio stations. What have I done? And how do I get it to play
again for me? How do I delete everything that’s listed that I ask Alexa to
do?
If I delete the app on my phone will I delete everything that’s needed for
Alexa to work? Including all relevant information?
Hoping someone can help me out?
Thanks?
