At May 29 and 30, there will be an interactive workshop about QSARs
organized by IRIS lutea at KHKempen, Geel. The focus of the workshop
is on principles of QSARs as well as on reporting of QSARs.

HANDS-ON QSAR WORKSHOP MAY 2012:
Course in English on Tuesday 29 and Wednesday 30 May, 2012.
QSAR models and software packages for physicochemical, environmental
fate and (eco)toxicological parameters are presented from a
theoretical and practical viewpoint, followed by exercises. Special
attention will be paid to the integration and reporting of QSAR results.
Aims of this workshop are to provide:
1)principles and background on the various methods;
2)tips & tricks how to use the QSARs;
3)attention points for the interpretation of results of QSARs;
4)composing QPRF and QMRF reports;
5)integration of QSAR data in registration files such as IUCLID.
