I agree with you too.
There are communications going on between Peter, myself and members of the BCA
Adelaide Branch Executive Committee about what steps to take.
I think that the 2 lists will run parallel for some time, before the major move
over, which means that members of this new list will have some form of
duplication of emails.

Hi Peter,so my understanding is that the next step on list shmoozing from savi
to this one is for the Moderator-man (that's you) to establish the guidelines
and then communicate them in the "come on over" message that is posted to the
savi list. I know you won't be able to actually post that message but when you
are ready, let whoever you want to do it and it'll get done. Then most sensible
people will simply unsubscribe from the savi list. You could include that
advice. Of course, anyone wanting to continue on that one could do so.
