I forward this, being a link to an article from this month's excellent
AccessWorld journal.
It highlights the work being done within the FaceBook development team to
make FaceBook more accessible.
Together with the tutorials available this could definitely make the site
more accessible for blind and low-vision users no matter the screen-reader
or magnifier you use.
