Hi Lynette.
After listening to your latest podcast and the problem that your
experiencing with your netbook, I'm just wondering if a uninstall, and
reinstall of jaws might help, or maybe before doing that, you might try a
jaws repair too see if that doesn't resolve this situation. If not, you
might just want too call asus tech support and see what they say. Here's
