[Ilugc] wanted - php and Python trainers

Hi,
without ILUGC or in spite of ILUGC.
If you like to handle the sessions, individually, please goto the
college in person and meet him for further discussions.
I had done in the past. Thanks for your suggestion.
In the past, the earlier list guidelines , one of it was saying that "a
training programme is left to the party and the resource to fix up the
modalities". This guideline is not there in the present one.
Sorry if i am blunt, "was it conveniently ignored"!.
No harm in being "open" by sharing the details.
But, then more people will be contacting the college in the name of ILUGC,
even without the knowledge of any of us.
How can we prevent this?
mail the trainers off the list.
