If its so revealing hen why not give the contact details of HOD for fair
competition. when you distribute binaries of free software, you must do
it with source. ;-)

Getting the contact details of the HOD, DG Vaishnav, an alternative
training plan can be given and let the HOD take a call after hearing other
perspectives.
Nothing stops in giving contact details of the HOD.
To me, It is appearing like "My way or high way".
