[Ilugc] telnet to postfix by ip address is refused

adding ip address to ?/etc/postfix/main.cf

inet_interfaces = 192.168.1.10,localhost

worked for me

Could you check if master.cf has loopback-only as binding for
listening? That overrides main.cf.
