This is roughly what I use(at office, so a few things modified) in main.cf:
myhostname = bala-linux
alias_maps = hash:/etc/aliases
alias_database = hash:/etc/aliases
myorigin = /etc/mailname
mydestination = bala-linux.abc.def, , localhost
relayhost = [xyz.abc.def]
mynetworks = 127.0.0.0/8 [::ffff:127.0.0.0]/104 [::1]/128
mailbox_command = procmail -a "$EXTENSION"
mailbox_size_limit = 0
recipient_delimiter = +
inet_interfaces = all
netstat shows this:
bala at bala-linux:~$ netstat -anp | grep :25
(Not all processes could be identified, non-owned process info
will not be shown, you would have to be root to see it all.)
tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:25 0.0.0.0:*
LISTEN -
bala at bala-linux:~$
--
Thank you
