I am facing a whimsical problem in sendmail. Here it goes.
A mail is sent to 4 recipients by Jagan. (Jagan is using MS Outlook 2003.) The
mail reached 3 recipients two using outlook express, and one using MS Outlook
2003. For the fourth recipient Amjad it didn't reach even the mail server's
mail box.
The sendmail log says the status as sent for all the four recipients. I have
tried sending it from various accounts (from various mail servers in my Org.)
to Amjad still that particular mails is not reaching. However other mails to
Amjad by Jagan are reaching.

My mail server details OS - Linux, Email Gateway - MailScanner, MTA - Sendmail
I have faced this problem couple of times and I had deleted Amjad's account in
mail server and recreated. Things are fine after that.
This time I want to find and solve the root cause of the problem.
I removed spam bayes that is created for this guy and sent the mail, by passed
the email gateway and sent the mail. According my findings something associated
with email account of Amjad is swallowing the mail. I am not able to find what
it is.
If I have various perspectives to approach the problem it will help in solving
it. Please advice.
