I am using Redhat 9.0 and not 9.2( qold mean fedore 2..) and udev
utility is not there ..
Is any any standard RPM update for udev for Redhat 9.0..

that's udev creating the device automatically when you modprobe the
interface
and set up a tunnel
dont create a tun0 device yourself
