Do you know the cost of running a television studio? You expect them to
spend the money and give you their content free of cost?
If it was a movie or a talk show then it can be re run by the creators
with support from sponsors and advertisements. If it's news, more often
than not, it's one time, or atleast a one day show, after which I don't
see how it can ever be used apart from reference purposes. So yes, I was
expecting the world to give me free beer.. Or at least the empty bottle.
I'm not asking for content that entertains, I am asking for news.
Do you know the number of technical and non technical people involved in
creating a new show?
No, I don't. Please enlighten.
