Now-a-days, IBM has integrated Rational Suite with Eclipse and has
made a RAD tool. You can draw the UML, generate the code, create
sequence diagrams by running the code, integrate with WebSphere,
profile the code, and so on..... But still Rational is not a server,
it is only a UML/RAD tool. (and a good one too.)
