[Ilugc] customising

   hi all,
       We are about to adopt Openoffice.org for all our document needs with
   in our office . But we need some cusotmizations
   to be done with openoffice. I came to know that openoffice i written in
   java so can anyone of u give link or tutorial on how to cuztomize
   openoffice .
