[Ilugc] add/remove programs in FC5

I think mahesh is asking this things and me also. Beacause i don't have
internet at my home system. And franckly speaking why FC5 removed this
feature as it was with FC4.

Not removed as much as rewritten. System-config-packages in previous 
versions does not work with repositories at all. Pirut is yum based and 
Yum needs some work to work with media in a better way. This is being 
tracked on https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=188750 ;
and is a FC6 blocker.

i am thinking why should we not start a project which i can offer mixed
power of yaST[Installtion module and yum [ But i don't know of these
application programming python,qt, etc..].........


That would be duplicating work already being done.
