[Ilugc] Volunteers for training Panchayat Officers - reg

I would like to have few clarifications...

1) As we are employed the best possible time we could contribute can
be week ends. Has this been taken into account? Or any other plans
of training like early in the morning? and late in the evening? ;-)

It is very difficult to say now. Plz add one more col in the Wiki
page, like Available time and mention only week ends or evenings.

2) I would like to contribute to train Panchayat officials from
Thiruvidaimaruthur and Kumbakonam Taluks of Thanjavur district. This
way I can keep my work continuos since i will be visiting my village
often.

The Training going to happen in many towns in TN. If you mention the 
area, then ELCOT can make use you in the near-by areas.
