[Ilugc] Unable to download debian DVD ISO

I intentionally left that bit out of my email - we don't know if the
initial 370MB is from the correct ISO file or from a different file.
It is best to download the whole 4.7GB or so once again.
that was being optimistic :) we anyway have the md5sum to back us up.
well.. there is a big penalty though, if we are wrong...
