Since, your USB bluetooth device is working, usbcore,
ehci_hcd are functional.
What USB device are you using, some Taiwanese make?
I'd suggest trying another USB mass storage device to
test the usb_stroage, scsi_mod, sd_mod modules.
Your current USB device fails at initial USB
enumeration phase.
