[Ilugc] USB device not accepting address X, error -XX

I 'm unable to mount any USB pendrive to my system recently.
The dmesg output is as follows http://pastebin.ca/315385
My system configuration is P4, 1.7MHz on i845 Mother board, 384MB RAM.

My Bluetooth dongle (which i plugin to USB) works perfect. Can someone help
me resolve this problem?
