[Ilugc] TN Govt says "No" to Linux - issues new tender

Dr. Santosh Babu is now IT Secretary.
FSFTN team had a detailed discussion with him when the previous tender
was released. He seems to u9nderstand the depth of issue. However we
did not feel that he can amend the decision. we had handed over a
detailed document explaining the advantages siting the advantages
IT at school has provided provided to Kerala kids....
